Steps from the sauna, Okanagan Lake is your cold plunge. Nothing beats fresh glacier-fed water after a scorching session.

Fire Pit Access

Warm up between rounds by the fire. Bring friends or meet new ones. The fire pit is the social heart of every session.

Complimentary Electrolytes

Stay replenished. We provide electrolytes and water for every guest so you can focus on the experience.

Changing Tent

A weather-protected changing area with secure storage so you can arrive and focus entirely on the experience.

How It Works

The Protocol

  1. 01

    Arrive & Change

    Show up at 4200 Beach Ave, across from Bliss Bakery Café. Use the changing tent to get ready.

  2. 02

    Enter the Heat

    Start with 10–20 minutes in the wood-fired sauna. Let your body fully heat through.

  3. 03

    Cold Plunge

    Step into Okanagan Lake. 1–3 minutes is all you need. Your whole system will shift.

  4. 04

    Rest & Repeat

    Warm by the fire, hydrate with electrolytes, then go again. 2–4 rounds is the sweet spot.
