Our Story
Find Your People
Sweat Culture was built as a response to something missing: a place where people could connect to each other in a high heart-rate community. Where friendship is forged in the cold, the heat, and the hard-earned endorphin high that follows.

The Founders
Nina & Braden
We launched Sweat Culture because we saw something missing: a place where people could genuinely connect to each other through movement, heat, and shared effort. Not a gym. Not a spa. Something rawer and more real than either.
We believe friendship is forged in the cold, the heat, and the hard-earned endorphin high at the end of a sauna session or a long run. Sweat Culture was born on the beaches of Peachland, BC, where our overland adventure trailer sauna set the stage for a blend of cardio, cold plunges, and wood-fired heat.
We see the power in small-group accountability, in weekly routines that actually stick, and in showing up for something bigger than just a workout. Our goal was never to offer just a sauna session. It was to create a culture. One rooted in trust, transformation, and a tribe to do it with.
Come join us and find your people.

Why We Do This
More Than a
Sauna Session
The ambition of Sweat Culture is to establish a community of inspired individuals who care deeply about adventure and wellness: people who love doing exciting new things, exploring the world, and doing it in a way that is genuinely good for their health.
But above all, these are people who love people. They love community. They understand that the best experiences in life are shared ones, and that showing up consistently for something, whether that's a run club, a cold plunge, or a Saturday morning sauna, changes who you are over time.
Sweat Culture is more than a business. It's a gateway into real health and real community. It's not just something to do. It's a movement. Something to be a part of. We plan to grow beyond Peachland and to grow this community with us wherever we go.
Adventure First
Wellness belongs outside, in the elements. We built something that lives on the land and respects it.
Community Over Everything
The fire pit, the cold lake, the run. These aren't features. They're the reason people keep coming back.
Small Group, Big Impact
Accountability works best in a crew. Weekly routines that stick because the people around you expect to see you.
Built to Grow
Born in Peachland. The movement doesn't stop here. We're bringing this culture wherever the road goes.
What to Expect
The Experience
01
The Sauna
Our wood-fired adventure trailer sauna reaches up to 105°C. Real wood, real heat, real sweat. You can keep it dry or pour water on the stones for a full steam session.
02
The Cold Plunge
Step out and walk straight into Okanagan Lake. No pool, no tank. The real thing. Cold, clean, glacially fed water that resets your entire nervous system.
03
The Fire Pit
Between rounds, warm up around the fire. This is where the conversations happen, where strangers become regulars, and where the community shows up.
04
Run Club
We host weekly run clubs where the group runs a chosen distance together and finishes with a sauna session. Move together, recover together.
05
Barre + Sauna
Saturday morning instructor-led Barre classes that end in the heat. A full-body reset that leaves you feeling better than when you arrived.
06
The People
Social sessions are shared. You'll meet people you didn't expect. Some of them become your favourite training partners, your friends, your people.
